Sooooo this app hasnt been updated since 2014 Its July 2015 for crying out loud I wonder if Im the only one unable to use this app without a wifi connection Anytime I turn the wifi off I receive a message asking me to try again and pay at the meter     Update

It would be great to have location services and the zone just plugs in Super annoying that I need a separate app for Chicago park district and yet another one for surrounding suburbsbut they are made by the same company           It works

This app is terribly misleading It does not allow me to use my full balance and then forces me to replenish the account unnecessarily It is taking advantage of Chicagoans who need an app like this to keep up with the times and schedules Shame on you Why not charge a one time fee for use of the app rather than forcing people to consistently replenish their account when there is 10 just sitting there unused In attempting to pay 4 an hour for parking I had to replenish my account for the 25 hours since the totally came out to be 10 Instead of just letting me use my account for the 10 it forced me to essentially spend 30 for the Parking even though the meter was only 10 Why make me add 20 to my account when I had more than enough money to cover the fee of the parking A minimum of 10 in your account doesnt make sensewhy cant I use my money Terrible and misleading A convenience fee I understand But this is just awful     Misleading

Convenient Yes However the app forces you to replenish your account for a minimum of 20 even when you have 10 left in your account to pay for parking It will not allow you to use that 10 that was your money I have had 1099 sitting in my account for 11 months that I cant ever get back and cant park again unless I pay another 20 This is completely unacceptable So there it is prepare to have a 0 balance when you near 10 and pay a minimum of 20 to park again when you may just need to park for 30 minutes and 150 Shame on the designers so stupid     WARNING This App COSTS YOU 1000 FYI

Someone hacked into my account and used it multiple times I was charged 20 over 5 times for parking that wasnt mine I was even out of the country during two of the charges They refused to refund me Be careful     Be Careful Credit Card Fraud

This app is a scam and was designer by a con artist First the app doesnt allow your account balance to ever drop below 10 or it charges you auto replenishment Only need to buy 2 hours of parking Too bad thatll cost you 20 extra dollars I learned the hard way and lost 120 by their auto replenishing Wish I had read these reviews Stick to paying the old fashioned way at the boxbetter yet park somewhere else entirely     DO NOT USE Unless youre looking to throw away money

Fix the bug where the app isnt alerting you when parking is up so that you dont get a ticket on top of paying And why do you need to keep adding 20 when your app goes to 10 How about using it up and then refilling when youre out Its dumb     Bug

I like the convenience part of the app Not having to run to a pay box or rush to get back before time expires is nice Cons 1they charge you a 35 fee every time you use it for less than 2 hours 2 You cant use the app if you balance is below 10 For ex If you have a 9 balance and you want to park somewhere for 2 an hour You cannot use it You will have to replenish your account with MIN 20 to use the app Makes no sense to me but thats how it is              parking app

Convinient and easy to use Ive only had issue once with replenishing from credit card but it had worked since              I like it

Would be a great up if it wasnt such a ripoff Its not free because if your account has less than ten bucks it demands that you automatically replenish with minimum 20 You cant choose to add less It forces you to keep ten dollars in the account at all times just to sit there if youd like to use that money to park you have to add another 20 to the account     Huge rip off like all Chicago parking

Love being able to engage it from the inside of the store The reminders of time running out prevents tickets due to expired time and extra time can be added from where ever you are inside The feature that has your last settings listed makes it quicker and easier than standing in the rain entering data at the slow parking stations then walking back and opening your car to put the parking slip on the dash board A great app                 Parkchicago

This app is a rip off You have to have 10 in reserves at all times If it goes below 10 you are forced to a 20 minimum auto replenish If you purchase for less than 2 hours you are charged a 35 fee This fee is especially inconvenient because it can leave your account in odd dollar amounts such as 1071 which force a 20 charge just for 05 I usually just end up paying at the kiosks because its so annoying Oh btw if you want to deactivate it takes 46 weeks via check The only benefit to this app is that you can extend time without having to go back to the kiosk So unless this feature is super important to you Save yourself the 10     Not worth it

I dont use it often so if I go below the 10 it recharges another 20 putting 30 in my acct that may sit for a long time The recharge amt should be if it goes below 5 and have 10 increments to recharge No need having just sit unused Even tho this app may be convenient it may not get used much by many           Change minimum recharge to lower Amy
